Quillino
Rental management for small landlords. SwiftUI, SwiftData and CloudKit. The design system pack comes from here.
AI skills
I build two iOS apps on my own. These are the methods I actually use to make them, packaged as skills for the AI you already use, with the full story of how I applied them. Mistakes included.
Two packs, €9.99 each or €14.99 together.
"A token exists to be the single source of truth."
The packs
Load it into your AI assistant and let it guide you, or read it and fill it in by hand. Same files either way.
Tells you when the idea isn't the best.
A wizard that stress-tests your app idea instead of agreeing with you. With the real research I did for a Refertrack feature.
A system that doesn't drift, or break silently.
Disciplined SwiftUI tokens and a CloudKit schema that doesn't silently stall sync. With the real incident I had on Quillino.
Decide what to build, then build it so it holds up.
The same files as the two packs, together.
Why trust this
Most templates ship with a made-up example. Mine come from these two apps. I only removed sensitive details: the numbers, thresholds and incidents are real.
How it works
You get a zip of Markdown files from Gumroad. No account on this site, no subscription.
Install it as a skill in tools that support the open SKILL.md format, like Claude, Codex, Cursor or Copilot. In ChatGPT or Gemini, paste it as instructions.
Ask your assistant for help on the topic. It follows the method step by step. Read the worked example first to see where it leads.
Questions
A zip with a folder in the open Agent Skills format: SKILL.md, a worked example and templates in references/, a README with step-by-step installation and a license file. All in English, plain Markdown, yours to keep.
Any assistant that handles long instructions. Tools that support the open SKILL.md format (Claude, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI and others) load it as a real skill. In ChatGPT or Gemini you paste it into a custom GPT, a Project or a Gem. Without any AI, the files still work as step-by-step guides.
Of course. Write to me at quillino.support@gmail.com and I'll answer myself.
No. The packs are digital products you download instantly, so there are no refunds. If a file is missing, broken or doesn't match the description, write to quillino.support@gmail.com and it will be fixed.
Yes, for your own projects, commercial ones included. You can't resell or redistribute the files. Read the license.
Bundle
Decide what's worth building, then build it so it doesn't break six months later. That's the order I used them in.
Also from the studio
Three Figma templates for a UX/UI case study, eleven pages each, problem to results. A different product, same standard: built to be used for real.
